What do work permits cost in Türkiye in 2026?

Effective 1 January 2026, the official work-permit fees published in Resmî Gazete No. 33124 (Harçlar Kanunu Genel Tebliği Seri No. 98):

On top of every permit document there is a flat Değerli Kâğıt (valuable-paper) fee of 964.00 TL. This is a separate line item — not bundled into the permit fee — and pays for the physical card stock.
So a one-year permit costs 12,574.90 + 964.00 = 13,538.90 TL all in. A two-year permit, 25,149.80 + 964.00 = 26,113.80 TL.
Watch-outs
- Fees reset every 1 January with the new Harçlar Kanunu Tebliğ. Anyone quoting these numbers in 2027 without checking the new Tebliğ is quoting the wrong amount. Re-check at year-end.
- The permit fee and the Değerli Kâğıt fee are paid separately to different account codes. See paying the permit fee for the procedure. Combined payments are rejected by the system.
- If the amount you pay is off by any margin — over or under — the transaction is voided and you re-pay from scratch. Match the Reference ID amounts exactly.
Next step
Once your application is approved by CSGB, you receive an email with the exact amounts and Reference IDs for both fees. Pay both within 30 days of notification or the application is automatically rejected. The 30 days runs from the email date, not the date you read it.
