Yes. Once the same-employer transfer is approved, CSGB reissues the work permit document showing the new city. The worker continues working under the same employer — no fresh application from scratch.

Watch-outs

The permit document has to be physically reissued. Don't start at the new branch before the new document is in hand — the old document doesn't cover the new city.
All the conditions in work-32 apply: employer submits, branch under the same trade registry, role compatibility, Genel Müdürlük approval.
